Richard Palermo responded within hours to my request for an estimate. The estimate was reasonable, and he was able to do the job right away. Cleaned all carpets, an area rug and an armchair - all spotlessly. Everything looks great, and I'm going to have him dye some bleached out spots on my carpet. Richard did excellent work with a minimum of mess and fuss and with great respect for my house and its furnishings.
